Black hole Xan…

…won’t you come, and wash away the rain…

So, bad things happen when trial drinks an energy drink at nearly 11.  I had some backing up to do on three different computers, and I was tired, so I figured I could drink a Full Throttle (I don’t usually take in any caffiene at all), thinking I would go to sleep around 3am.  Not so much.

Much of what I was backing up was pictures, friends/family, etc.  Also, I don’t know if I have mentioned this, but I am kind of a nerd.  A nerd who ends up running most of the games  that we play here.  That has contributed to many character ideas over the years.  Some came flooding back last night…

The first was an elderly gentleman, the Honorable Professor Nehru Singh, a procurer of artifacts that were rumored to contain power, he proved to three different groups of individuals that he could hold his own on an adventures of great proportions, and still resort to ‘fisticuffs’ if he had to.

Then there was Aki, a crazy ballerina that was stolen away as a child and make to dance for an evil fae for what felt like a lifetime to her, when she finally escaped, she had been changed.  Maybe some of the madness of the Fae stuck with her as well, making her as mad as a hatter.

Angela was a criminal, she believed she was completely right in what she did that got her there, and it stemmed from a love of fire, hungry flames chewing the edges of her thoughts.  She too, was taken into the Fae, and changed into a soldier for the Lord of Summer.  When she escaped, fire not only occupied her thoughts, but bent to her will.

Professor Allen was a instructor of physics, and an expert trick shot.  He could do complex mathematical formulas in the blink of an eye, and ricochet a bullet off a bumper to hit a bullseye.  He used his knowledge of the Universe to bend the physical laws to their limits as a Mage.

…And last, Bud, ((Bud the squishy as some called him)).  Bud was a paramedic that always seemed to find himself in the worst situations.  He traveled to the Goblin Market, and found himself awakenned as a Werewolf on an alternate Earth.  Bud knew Singh better than most, as he, too, found himself on multiple death defying adventures.

I guess the moral of the story is energy + trial = modified pictures of friends put on the internet MUHAHAHAHAHA!
