You Can Now See Young Fishing Hobo Superman in Total Clarity

Warner Bros. made me take down the bootleg Man of Steel video this weekend, which I found silly since they released the actual trailer — two of ’em, in fact — at the same time, but whatever. The two trailers are actually the same, except one has Pa Kent’s voiceover (played by Kevin Costner, above) and one has Jor-El’s voiceover (played by Russell Crowe, after the jump). I see what they’re trying to do there, and I appreciate it, but the fact remains I want to see Superman fishing and hitchhiking about as much as I want my Superman movies to include wistful shots of butterflies caught in swingsets, which is to say not at fucking all.
