The Mandarin Looks More Mandarin-y Than I Anticipated

Holy shit. Marvel obviously saw my post on the reveal of Arrow’s Huntress — because that’s totally a thing they would care about and because there’s no other way they would have received that information from anybody else — and decided that shit would not stand, because they just released this much clearer picture of Ben Kingsley as the Mandarin in Iron Man 3. I’m really, really impressed how… Mandarin-y he looks. Like, if I had no idea what this was from, and hadn’t heard Kingsley was cast in IM3, I feel like I could look at this and say, “Hey, Ben Kingsley looks like he’s dressed like a less flamboyant, more movie-friendly version of the Mandarin.” Well fucking done, somebody.
