Horror has its share of fans.
From chilling novels to heart-pounding films, so many of us lust after the thrill of a good scare that fiction can provide. But video game horror offers a unique feeling of danger and desperation. When the well-being of the hero is in your hands, every creaking step, shuddered breath, bloody howl, and twisted laugh feels more dreadful. And that rocks.
Lucky for horror fans, there are plenty of scary video games launching this year. At least, we hope all these launch this year — some don’t have official release dates, yet.
