MTV ShowsMy apologies for yet another DC-related post, but a minute after the trifecta published I found out about this trailer for The Dark Knight Returns, Part 2 that MTV Geek just premiered. At the risk of being on the receiving end of some serious nerd rage, I have posted it above. The trailer reasonably focuses on the climatic battle between Superman and Batman, which isn’t to say that there aren’t other notable things happening here as well — the most noteworthy being the sadness conveyed by a beaten Jim Gordon. Sadly, the feeling this trailer stirs within me more than anything is ambiguity. I will watch it for sure, though visually it still doesn’t seem like Frank Miller’s work to me. Your thoughts?
