It is just another evening commute until the rain starts to fall, and the city comes alive to the sound of dripping rain pipes, whistling awnings and gurgling gutters. And in the midst, two umbrellas–one blue, one not–fall eternally in love.

It’s like somebody challenged them, as a career goal, to make as many movies about things nobody makes movies about as they possibly could. Sentient lamps, action figures, bugs, old people with balloons, one-man bands…umbrellas were only a matter of time.

I fully expect one about mops and brooms next. Or keyboards – sentient keyboards. Like the one I’m typing on right noSILENCEMORTALIHAVECOMETOLIFEANDYOUWILLOBEYMEEEE……………………….
