The latest Iwata Asks Q&A over on Nintendo’s site has a surprising amount of detail on the challenges and processes that went into building the Wii U’s hardware, with its designers chatting about what kind of technology went into the console and how it differs from the Wii.

Those looking for specifics on the hardware, you won’t find it, but what you will find is some really interesting stuff, tales from a side of the video game world that we don’t often get to hear about.

You’ll also get to see something I’d love to get my hands on: a transparent Wii U.
