Kotaku 'Shop Contest: Sexy Video Game Halloween 2.0: The Winners

What the hell do you do when Halloween’s on a Wednesday? Do you have your costume party that night? Hell no, people gotta work the next day. Do you have it the following weekend? Hell no, it’s November! We’re going to have our sexy costume party now, with our Kotaku ‘Shop Contest finalists, and overall winner Frank West!

A few housekeeping notes. When I said I wanted to see a “Sexy Asshole Dog” costume, I wasn’t being serious. Thanks GiantBoyDetective (5). Also, everyone thinks I always pick wheelbarrow callbacks because I’m a self-absorbed narcissist. I’m picking halfbeast’s (7) because it makes my ass look great. Also, it’s the one-year anniversary of that contest.

In other news, Pan_1da7 (10) proves you can’t make the Locust from Gears of War sexy. Good try anyway. Vigafray (14) gives us a pole dance for free. Arniejolt (2 and 3) was one of two entrants with two worthy finalists, looking elsewhere on Yandy to round out his sexy Bioshock Infinite panorama in (3). uscg_pa (12 and 13) also had two good candidates, with Sexy Sackgirl looking like she needs a coat.

Angryrider (1) wants us to know that his shop was inspired by this image on DeviantArt. Misc_Remedy’s triptych (9) was a big crowd pleaser, too, especially Sexy Snake. But my overall No. 1 is to Frank West (5), who can take a block with zero personality and make it burn in the fires of pure sexy.
