Jetpack Joyride PS Mini Review

PlayStation gamers can finally experience the simple pleasure of floating through the air via a machine gun jetpack. More than a year after its iOS debut, Fruit Ninja developer Halfbrick’s Jetpack Joyride has made its way to the PlayStation family as a PS Mini.

Gamers play as Halfbrick mascot Barry Streakfries, on a mission to escape from an underground facility using the aforementioned jetpack to hover over and under lasers, electrified zappers fast-moving missiles and other obstacles. Escape is unfortunately impossible – each round speeds up faster and faster until players make a mistake, bringing an end to Barry’s great escape and (hopefully) setting a new high score along the way.
