IPL 5 is taking over IGN

By now you’ve probably heard about the IGN Pro League, IGN’s own eSports league.

It’s pretty awesome and really huge – you can check it out everyday on the IPL home page. But this week, something special – SOMETHING CRAZY – is happening. And it’s so big, we’re hijacking IGN to let you in on it.

Starting tomorrow and all weekend, we will be live streaming IPL 5, one of the biggest events in competitive gaming on the planet – right on the front page of IGN, including an HD feed.

What does that mean for our regular front page coverage?

We’ll still have all of our daily coverage running, including our front page blogroll and top stories featured in the spotlight section directly under the cover unit.
