Konami Discounts Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Games

Following Gabriel Belmont’s story just got cheaper.

Konami announced today that it would slash the prices at retail for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Collection and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Collection, which includes the first Lords of Shadow game along with Lords of Shadow — Mirror of Fate HD, will now cost $30. We thought the first Lords of Shadow was a good game, even though it breaks away from many of the franchise’s staples. However, Lords of Shadow — Mirror of Fate HD is a bad game that doesn’t quite live up to its predecessor.
Releasing earlier this year, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is now priced at $40. Set in the modern day, Lords of Shadow 2 concludes the story arc for Gabriel Belmont that we thought was an okay game.
