THQ Documents Reveal Unannounced Games

Following THQ’s decision to file for bankruptcy earlier today, court documents have revealed the codenames and timeframes of multiple upcoming projects.

According to THQ’s petition for Chapter 11 bankruptcy filed with the United States district court in Delaware, Darksiders developer Vigil “is now developing a game with the working title Crawler,” and Company of Heroes developer Relic is working on “a new game with the working title Atlas for release in calendar year 2014.”

Turtle Rock Studios is said to be “developing a co-op multiplayer action game” codenamed Evolve, while THQ Montreal is developing the “as-yet-untitled” game from Assassin’s Creed creator Patrice Desilets, listed later in the document as 1666. Previously known titles also listed include WWE 14 from developer Yuke’s Media Creations, Homefront 2 from Crytek UK and Saints Row 4 from Volition, “which is scheduled for release in calendar year 2013.”
